Q. Why has this diamond drill gone blue and dull?
A. Diamond drills MUST be cooled with water,  If you fail to use running water with a diamond drill it will overheat the diamonds and turn blue.  Other factors that cause friction and overheat the drill are a high RPM and drilling with too much force.    To summerise, use a slower drill speed, use less pressure and use the tile rite cooling system + guide.
